Solucionar problemas con el repositorio oficial del ahora Oracle VirtualBox (v3.2)
Hola compañer@s, pues a alguien más le paso recibir esté error, al intentar Comprobar actualizaciones desde el Gestor de Actualizaciones:

W: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
Aunque tal vez lo recibieron en español, pues la descripción del problema es simple, Oracle ahora propietaria de “Sun MicroSystems” decidió cambiar la llave pública del repositorio oficial de VirtualBox.
Pero no desesperen que la solución es simple.
Vamos a Aplicaciones -> Accesorios -> Terminal, clic, se abrirá una Terminal y escribiremos:
wget -q http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/oracle_vbox.asc -O- | sudo apt-key add -
Y listo… problema resuelto.
